Pipe Adapter

Dry sealed joints are blocked from the outside by valve cores and seals when the male and female joints are not connected, preventing fluid overflow. When docking is required, the male and female joints come into contact in advance to form a sealed space, and then the internal valve core opens to form a fluid passage. Conversely, when the male and female heads need to be separated, the valve cores built in at both ends are closed first, cutting off the external fluid passage.

Application scenario: Dry sealed joints are widely used in various corrosive, toxic, explosive and other hazardous medium pipelines to prevent personnel injury and environmental damage caused by hazardous chemical leakage. In addition, it is also suitable for conveying materials such as food, drugs, and fine chemical products that require isolation from the surrounding environment to avoid contamination

                if the batch is big, we can make these operate ring by investment casting for stainless steel parts  and gravity casting aluminium alloy parts to save material and reduce the machining allowance to save much cost.

Inspection: CMM, roughness tester,projector, special gauge from the customer,or develop the gauge under the customer's design.
