Process: we have been equipped with various CNC machines, including precision CNC machining, lathe, milling, grind, turning. We can reach to +/-0.005mm, length:1000mm, diameter:800mm. 

                if the batch is big, we can make these operate ring by investment casting for stainless steel parts  and gravity casting aluminium alloy parts to save material and reduce the machining allowance to save much cost.

Inspection: CMM, roughness tester,projector, special gauge from the customer,or develop the gauge under the customer's design.
