Material:

Material of the flange parts is indicated in each single article, normally C45 is used for non-welding flange parts and fitings, and Q345B or C20 is used for welding flange parts, For stainless steel flange parts, we have two series, one is made from AlSl304/321, another one is made from AlSl316L

Surface protection:

Normally we have three kinds of surface protection for flange parts and fittings, these areCr+3 white zinked(CFX), Ni-Zn zinked (ZN) and blank oiled. The surface protectionof parts normally delivered is indicated in each single article for choice

Bolts used: As far as requied flange parts connection can be supplied with bolts,normally bolts used are high tension grade 10.9/12.9 (DIN912-10.9/12.9) with the black surface, and also bolts with zink surface of DIN912-8.8 can be supplied if need.

Al flange parts in our catalogue are sealing with O-ring, normally in materlal buna 90 shore, viton 90 shore is optional.
