Hydraulic Parts
We can produce hydraulic parts, cylinder parts, non-standard hydraulic tools, and other quick couplings and adapters by CNC lathe, milling, drilling, turning, grinding, polishing machines. The precision can reach ±0.002mm.
Given that the hydraulic parts will be loaded with high pressure, we forge the raw materials to get a good mechanical property. We can also reduce the machining allowance and save the machining cost.
The thread is general, but it is critical to the parts. we can adapt to the thread types of UNC, UNF, BSW, BSF, NPT, etc. We inspect the thread by standard “go-no go” gauge, or the tools specified by customers.
