The pipe needs to be ground prior to bending to get a smooth surface. Consequently, we can get a very nice surface after coating. Otherwise, the hot roll scales are hard to be removed, then the powder coating's appearance will be bad.

The clamp needs to be CNC machined. Given there are many holes need to be aligned, we linear cut them in order to keep the interconvertibility for each other.
