We can manufacture welded bracket parts through sequential procedures,
there are many knids of sheet metal parts, we divided by the thickness the thin sheet metal parts, medium plate,thick plate
different thickness means different process,and need different equipment,we equipped with the laser cutting machine,cnc bending machine, and some welding machines,
sheet metal fabrication is easy to get frame we want, engineer will design much position of the joint or socket on it,such as the screw hole, unthreaded hole,
this picture parts belong to medium plate, we need to fix them while welding,
for we welding by the robotic arm, the welding will be consistant after adjust the machine well. it increase our rate and keep the quality .
more and more equipment and software used, the precise is getting better.
usually these parts will be developped by 3D software,simulate the assemble size,
for these socket, we need to develop the special fixture for welding,
if the tolerance is very tight, we will post cnc machining after welding to holding the sizes.
if these parts, the tolerance isn't very critical, but the strength is important, for some important parts, we need to prepare the welding procedure to get a good welding quality
