mirror polished impeller

develop the part by customer's samples, an impeller for  chemical industry mixer

need a mirror polishing surface for reducing the adhesion,

the material is 304 stainless steel,and made by sheet metal laser cutting and cnc machining for the bushing,

we ground the welding line very smooth and ask worker used special polishing tools for it, ensure there is no pit on the welding line.

different parts have differents requirement for the surface roughness or hardness or color,we will adopt corresponding process for these parts,

such as the zinc plating,e-coated,powder coating,quenching+tempering,carburize,induction heating,anodize,polishing,electrolytic treatment,etc.
