Rotary Welding

We have been equipped with Rotary Friction Welding (RFW) machine. 

RFW is a solid-state process in which one part is rotated at high speed and is pressed against another part that is held stationary. The heating of the material is caused by friction work and creates a permanent connection.

The materials can be carbon steel,alloy steel,stainless steel,etc.

The illustrated part is used for skid steering. This process might also be used for tractor parts, gardens machine parts, grass cutter, ball joint, pull rods, anchor chain, rod end, draught bar, drag link, tension link, connecting bar, fireplace parts, etc.
