Stainless Steel investment casting

We can manufacture stainless steel valve body and cover caps by investment casting,

the process is develop the casting mould by the design or drawing, for the tooling is only need inject the wax, so we can make the tooling by aluminium, can produce it very quickly or adjust it easily if need,

Process:

 inject the wax-after the wax solidfy-demould from the tooling-send to shell making-need 7 layers sand and wax,from the small size to big size sand-wax lost to get the cave-baking the shell to get hard and strong shell- send to pouring the melt metal to get the parts tree- cut and grinding the gates to get the parts we want,

the mature machining process will provide a high cost efficiency parts for customer.

Tolerance:

the investment casting usually can get Tolerance: CT 6-8

Roughness:

the casting surface: Ra 6.3-25

propeller,valve,glass connector,some decoration part,medical apparatus, lock parts, industry hardware, marine parts, medical instrument etc

Post machining:

we also supply the cnc machining for these casting parts, set and develop the corresponding tooling, such as the cnc lathe, cnc milling,and multi-axis milling,and aseemble some other parts such as the fastener, O-ring, plastic, bearing,spring, etc for you.
