precision die forging

metal forging is not only can forming the part but improve the mechanical property,

also sometimes we want to save the material and machining cost to forging the rough parts.

with the development of large forging machine, we can forging more and more parts that were supposed to be produced by casting or bar material,

especially for some important parts, the casting process always have some defects to affect the performance,

precision die forging can forming the part well  for some font or small features,no need the machining again,

such as some valves, pipe joint,adapter.
