Aluminum Alloy Permanent Casting

The advantages of aluminum gravity casting mainly include the following aspects:

Cost effectiveness: The mold cost for aluminum gravity casting is relatively low, especially for small batch production, and the mold cost is much lower than that of die-casting. In addition, aluminum gravity casting can produce larger and thicker products, and the larger the product, the lower the cost compared to others.

Production efficiency: The aluminum alloy gravity casting process is simple and the manufacturing process is relatively easy, reducing the need for machining and thus improving production efficiency.

Material utilization rate: During the aluminum gravity casting process, the aluminum alloy liquid is fully filled and uniformly solidified in the mold, which can obtain stable quality castings, reduce scrap rates, and improve material utilization rate.

Quality stability: The aluminum alloy gravity casting process can make the casting structure dense, with mechanical properties about 15% higher than sand castings, and high dimensional accuracy, low surface roughness, and good quality stability.

Permanent casting use the material self gravity flow into the caves, then solidification naturely,it will reduce the porosity and other slag inclusion, and leave enough time to feeding in the course of cooling, the advantage will be significant if the casting thickness more than 6.0mm,  don't need the mechanical of drive device,the produce rate is high, and few material waste, apply to some complext machine parts' shell body, the produce equipment isn't complex or heavy as others

Post machining: precision cnc machining, cnc lathe, drilling machining,  T1-T6 heat treatment, assembling with steel parts,plastic&rubber, fastener, bearing,spring etc,

Surface Treatment: anodizing, painting, powder coating, e-coated, polishing, tinplating, nickel plating, vibration polishing

Inspection: CMM, spectrometerm Projector, tensile testing, hardness testing, roughness testing,
