aluminium material is light, it was used widely in some position need to be light, but not important for the strength

some out appearance structure, 

for some big size parts, sand casting will be economy, otherwise we need to develop very large mold.

we can develop the casting tool in house, these complex or hollow parts .we need to prepare the casting resin sand core for them,

usually sand casting process is easier than permanent casting,can make the rapid prototype,sometimes we use wood mould.

can produce some pipe adapter,decoration parts,some shell of machine element,

casting is easy to form the shape than machining, also it will reduce much material and machining allowance for us ,

after getting the casting parts,we will only need machining the port and some threads,
