For some thin thickness plate parts,we can use the flanging forming process to get a strong structure, some function feature,

it will save the material and reduce the weight.the it will be economy than machining or casting to getting the features.

We can provide the flanging process, such as flanging the hole from plates, flanging forming to get the hole of thread.

and flanging the ring from pipes. It will render the better performance than welding parts, and the surface is very beautiful.  

After flanging,the parts are easy to be welded or machined for the good uniformity. For small parts,we can further tapping the thread in the flanging face for connecting.

usually the flanging material need to have a good ductility,such as the low carbon CR plate,and the forming tooling also need to be very smooth and hard in order to get a better forming surface.
