the customer's requirment,
now these parts used in auto parts,tractor parts,machinery,agriculture machinery,
the material is 45#,40Cr,20CrMnTi,22CrMo.etc,after machining we will heat treatment these parts
to get a better hardness,wear resistance.
the gear is a precise parts, the better precision means good performance in using, less noise,vibration
some times we grinding the gear surface by special machine.and inspect by the roughness detector.
