Machined plastic parts

there are some plastic parts in the machinery, but the injection process can't get very tight tolerance as the metal parts,

sometimes we will need to machining the plastic again for important sizes,

Accordingly, they can replace the metal parts in many fields,We can manufacture the machined white and black POM parts, used in auto parts, valve parts, electric appliances, etc.other material such as ABS, PA66,PC,HDPE etc.

also we supply some plastic parts machined from the bar as the metal bar, it will reduce the injection process,and it is economy if our quantity isn't very large for injection,for the injection tooling is expensive,
