POM material    (CH₂O)ₙ

(polyoxymethylene) has high density, high crystallinity, and excellent physical, mechanical, and chemical properties. It is a high molecular weight polymer without side chains, with good friction resistance and self-lubricating properties, low friction coefficient, and suitable for high load and high-speed mechanical components. The density of POM material is 1.42g/cm ³, which has excellent fatigue resistance, creep resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, and impact resistance. It is not easily hygroscopic and has good dimensional stability. In addition, POM material is not easily decomposed, has a wide processing temperature range, and has good acid-base stability

POM materials have a wide range of applications, mainly used in automotive parts, mechanical equipment, electronic appliances and other fields. Due to its excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance, POM is commonly used in the manufacturing of gears, bearings, transmission parts, etc. These characteristics of POM materials make them important in industrial applications, as they can replace some non-ferrous metal materials, reduce costs, and improve equipment performance.

Some parts we can use the plastic material because it is easier than metal while forming, and the weight is light.
